The location of the hotel was perfect for a budget traveller like me. It was situated right next to the Hai He riverside, making it an ideal place for walks. Italian Style Town neighborhood and several landmarks were within walking distance, and the train station was nearby. the room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the lovely view of the river. the hotel also had English speaking staff and free internet facilities.

The bathroom could use some renovation as it was a bit worn out.

My room was comfortable, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in.

Terrible Food and Outdated Rooms Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. the food was poorly prepared and not up to standard, with even basic dishes falling short.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. The comfortable bed and the air conditioning made it easy for me to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also great as it was conveniently situated near public transport and many local attractions. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from.

One thing that I found disappointing was the lack of English-speaking staff which made it difficult for me to communicate my needs and queries effectively. The restaurant had limited options and the food was not very appetizing.
